【蜕变成长教育培训集团】由亚洲名师-李政学导师创立于2009年。为了能够帮助到社会各个层面的人士，本集团涵盖了不同层面的教育培训课程，旗下拥有四大品牌课程提供给5岁至80岁的人士，一站式的教育培训，让不同年龄层的人也能不断的学习与成长。

1. EQ儿童成长系统（对象：5岁至12岁的孩子、需要教导5岁至12岁的孩子家长及教师）
采用不喊、不骂、不打的爱心教育模式，为忙碌的家长把孩子教育好。也帮助许多有爱心、有梦想、有理想的人士拥有自己的安亲班。此系统提供一站式的安亲班顾问服务，从不会教到会，让没有经验或没有幼儿教育背景的人士也能拥有自己的安亲班。
                                 

2.T&D HomeSchooling Resource Centre（对象：13岁或以上）
让学生就读于本地国中和独中以外，还有一个额外的选择。此系统采用国际最著名的I.G.C.S.E课程，根据学生个别的程度学习。完成后可到外国或本地私人大学继续深造。

3.马斯洛专科学院（Maslow Professional Academy）（对象：18岁或以上）
提供在职进修文凭课程及国际远距文凭课程，帮助只有高中学历的人士考取大专以上的学历。

4.T&D身心灵成长系统 （对象：18岁或以上）
李老师把所研习的心理学，NLP，催眠治疗，灵气治疗，瑜伽治疗等，整理成一套“T&D身心灵成长系统”。此系统涵盖了个人与企业成长课程，希望能够帮助更多人不断的蜕变与成长，拥有更美好的人生。

【Transformation and Development Education and Training Group】was founded by renowned Asian educator, Sam Lee Cheang Suat, in 2009. In order to help individuals from all walks of life, the group offers various levels of educational training courses under four brands, catering to individuals from 5 to 80 years old. It provides one-stop education and training for people of different age groups to learn and grow continuously.

1.EQ Children's Growth System (targeting children aged 5 to 12, parents, and teachers who need to teach children aged 5 to 12)

This system adopts a loving education model that does not involve scolding, shouting, or hitting, to help busy parents educate their children well. It also helps many caring, aspiring, and idealistic individuals to have their own babysitting classes. This system provides one-stop babysitting consulting services, from teaching inexperienced individuals to become experienced babysitters who lack experience or a background in early childhood education.

2.T&D HomeSchooling Resource Centre (targeting students aged 13 or above)

This system provides an alternative for students who do not attend local secondary schools and independent Chinese secondary schools. It adopts the internationally renowned I.G.C.S.E curriculum and allows students to learn according to their individual levels. Upon completion, they can further their studies in private universities in foreign or local countries.

3.Maslow Professional Academy (targeting individuals aged 18 or above)

It provides diploma courses for in-service learning and international distance learning, helping individuals with only high school education to obtain diplomas above college level.

4.T&D Mind-Body-Spirit Growth System (targeting individuals aged 18 or above)

Mentor Li has compiled his studies in psychology, NLP, hypnotherapy, reiki therapy, yoga therapy, and other fields into a set of "T&D Mind-Body-Spirit Growth System." This system covers personal and corporate growth courses, aiming to help more people continuously transform and grow, and have a better life.
